Why is Tongue Drum Unique?
We have created some unique design parameters that make the best possible steel tongue percussion drum. This creates a more complex and musical tone for each note. By placing low notes next to the appropriate higher notes we achieve multiple harmonics. We have tested the sound quality of different types of steel and use a unique mixture of alloying elements to achieve the best sound possible. We also use our own unique mold for shaping the steel into the drum.

Once you have moved to a more advanced level, it`s easy to remove the numbers from the top of the Healdrum for a more perfect aesthetic look. The numbers are simply stickers designed to help you memorize tunes. On the other hand, we have also included an additional set of stickers for replacement, designed with particularly determined and vigorous drummers in mind.
These are the size charts for the yoga wear by ALAMATA conscience wear. Measure yourself and see in the size chart which size fits you best.
It's important to know your own body measurements to find the correct sports bra, long pants or tops of your choice.
A few important areas to look at are:
1. Sports bra, tops = Important stats are your bust, waist
2. Long Pants, short pants = Important stats are your waist & hips. However, your hips measurements are more important.
To make it easier, we found a good video which explains the few key areas to measure for such clothing's. So, get yourself a measurement tape and find the best fit!
After you have successfully measured your stats, just match it with the product size chart to find your best fit. Also do note that our size chart are mainly in centimeters/cm and inch.
CHANGE OF MIND/WRONG SIZE/EXCHANGE
Items purchased from ALAMATA can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an immediate exchange only.
Please inspect your product/s as soon as it arrives. Returns can only be accepted if items are unworn and unwashed, with original packaging

Defective or Damaged Products
If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us with images of the product within 7 days. We will gladly send out a replacement order or issue you a full refund.
Items Lost in Transit
By ordering from us, you agree with our shipping times. Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors such as customs inspections can sometimes cause delays. If your order shipping times exceed our displayed time frame by 10 business days please contact us as soon as possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
ALAMATA SHOP is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email support@alamata.shop. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

For the first time i did a purchase over the internet... I have a bad outcome.
I purchased a Healdrum more than 20 days ago...HealDrum Tongue Steel Set 12 inch and I still have not recieved. Ive asked for assitance... nobody answers my questions. Please let me know who I can contact to know about the purchase i made.
Came with everything as described, it came with the drum sticks, drum stick stand, four finger players, 2 sets of stickers a drum bag, a certificate and the music booklet, which is in English and contains 16 songs and tuning/instructions. The drum has the colour I bought. Though there was one extra sticker but that’s fine with me.
These steal tongue drums are fantastic! Encourages music and creativity well does not make too much loud obnoxious noises like other instruments might make. My brother had one spot my kids a drum set that was cheap and made horrible noises. This is easier for them to use and they like trying to figure out the number correlation with a Music notebook. This last time I bought the biggest size which is amazing because you can have two children playing with it at one time. The sticks have a nicer fall at the end for touching the drum and I feel like it has a little bit better sound. It makes a different noise in the smaller truck so when you’re purchasing it make sure it makes the sound he wants or you can be like me and purchase multiple drums. The quality on the drum set is nice it has a nice finish and nice color it also comes in a good bag that zippers well and has a strap so it’s easy to store when you’re not using it and easy to bring with you places. It is very nice and soothing with the sound. It is fantastic! Great gift for a kid or even for a younger dollars for an adult that just wants to relax you can obviously become talented enough with it that you can make real songs but for those of you that are not talented like myself and my kids it’s still sounds great. Easy to learn, beautiful sound, like it so much !The carrying case is very Nice as well... even has a pouch for the sticks/mallets that attaches to the carrying strap. Very pleased with this purchase. Would also make a nice gif for my son
This was a great purchase! from ALAMATA store. I love the sound quality and how it comes with rubber mallets to play it. I really appreciate that the sound is not overwhelming, but rather calming. The notes blend together peacefully. I will need to tune it just a bit on notes 7 and 8. This is great for adults, or even a kiddo playing it. Sounds awesome, looks great, and it doesn't take up too much room on my shelf when I'm done playing. Great instrument for children exploring music, as well as a great instrument for anyone able to play skillfully.
