Usage Tips:
1. Please warm up with your wrist and ankle before you use it.
2. Keep your back straight and place your ankles at the bottom of the Stretcher.
3. Hold the middle handle and pull back slowly. The legs will pull out to the side automatically.
These are the size charts for the yoga wear by ALAMATA conscience wear. Measure yourself and see in the size chart which size fits you best.
It's important to know your own body measurements to find the correct sports bra, long pants or tops of your choice.
A few important areas to look at are:
1. Sports bra, tops = Important stats are your bust, waist
2. Long Pants, short pants = Important stats are your waist & hips. However, your hips measurements are more important.
To make it easier, we found a good video which explains the few key areas to measure for such clothing's. So, get yourself a measurement tape and find the best fit!
After you have successfully measured your stats, just match it with the product size chart to find your best fit. Also do note that our size chart are mainly in centimeters/cm and inch.

Items purchased from ALAMATA can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an immediate exchange only.
Please inspect your product/s as soon as it arrives. Returns can only be accepted if items are unworn and unwashed, with original packaging

Defective or Damaged Products
If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us with images of the product within 7 days. We will gladly send out a replacement order or issue you a full refund.
Items Lost in Transit
By ordering from us, you agree with our shipping times. Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors such as customs inspections can sometimes cause delays. If your order shipping times exceed our displayed time frame by 10 business days please contact us as soon as possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
ALAMATA SHOP is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email support@alamata.shop. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at support@alamata.shop If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

Very accurate, though I haven't tried it yet. He's arrived in 5 days. Very well worked and as in the picture.This leg stretcher is very easy to assemble because the pieces snap in with the adjustable buttons. The material is good iron and really holds up to pressure.The stretcher can be adjusted during the stretch in use to go shorter be used the buttons are way to press (as long as you also release tension in the legs)
This was the least expensive one of these stretchers that all look the same from different sellers. It’s perfect, excellent value and performance.
I recommend this product I recommend everything in the order of the robot.
One would think that it would be easy enough to stretch and push yourself to your limit on your own. It seems that this simple piece of equipment can help push you further than you can push yourself. The padded rods make it comfortable for your ankles and hands and it's great to have extra replacement foam pads as well.
