COVID-19 Update

Due to Covid-19 delays, we temporarily can't offer Express Shipping to Europe, UK, Canada, and Australia. That's why we have reduced prices for Standard Shipping to these regions.

ALAMATA has implemented new safety procedures to ensure the safety of our team members, valued customers, as well as our local communities. In order to maintain a safe environment for our team members and customers, we've implemented rigorous cleaning and disinfecting procedures within our production, packing, and shipping process.

While we are working hard to make sure we do our best to keep up with demand, we are experiencing delays in order processing. We follow safety procedures to minimize the impact to our customers while staying devoted to implementing new measures to remain safe and efficient. With that said, all carriers are experiencing delays across their delivery networks due to increased demand and humanitarian aid delivery prioritization. This includes updates to order tacking and delivery times.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

  • Processing times 24 hour.
  • 1-5 Business Days for US (for lots of products)
  • 5-10 Business Days for US
  • 5-12 Business Days for EU
  • 7-15 Business Days for rest of World

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email support@alamata.shop. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at support@alamata.shop If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED 
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
