CHANGE OF MIND/WRONG SIZE/EXCHANGE
Items purchased from ALAMATA can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an immediate exchange only.
Please inspect your product/s as soon as it arrives. Returns can only be accepted if items are unworn and unwashed, with original packaging
Please choose carefully - once your order is placed we are unable to modify/cancel the order.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM (DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL)
Contact our customer care team via email to arrange return of your item. Please provide your Order number in email (IT IS NOT KLARNA ORDER NUMBER): You can find your order number through your order confirmation email that was sent out after you placed your order.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us with images of the product within 7 days. We will gladly send out a replacement order or issue you a full refund.
Items Lost in Transit
By ordering from us, you agree with our shipping times. Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors such as customs inspections can sometimes cause delays. If your order shipping times exceed our displayed time frame by 10 business days please contact us as soon as possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
ALAMATA SHOP is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
