It's important to know your own body measurements to find the correct sports bra, long pants or tops of your choice.
A few important areas to look at are:
1. Sports bra, tops = Important stats are your bust, waist
2. Long Pants, short pants = Important stats are your waist & hips. However, your hips measurements are more important.
To make it easier, we found a good video which explains the few key areas to measure for such clothing's. So, get yourself a measurement tape and find the best fit!
After you have successfully measured your stats, just match it with the product size chart to find your best fit. Also do note that our size chart are mainly in centimeters/cm and inch.
CHANGE OF MIND/WRONG SIZE/EXCHANGE
Items purchased from ALAMATA can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an immediate exchange only.
Please inspect your product/s as soon as it arrives. Returns can only be accepted if items are unworn and unwashed, with original packaging

Defective or Damaged Products
If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us with images of the product within 7 days. We will gladly send out a replacement order or issue you a full refund.
Items Lost in Transit
By ordering from us, you agree with our shipping times. Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors such as customs inspections can sometimes cause delays. If your order shipping times exceed our displayed time frame by 10 business days please contact us as soon as possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
ALAMATA SHOP is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email support@alamata.shop. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at support@alamata.shop If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

I LOVE this product! It does get much easier to use. I still have no issues with it pinching me. I HIGHLY suggest making sure there is nothing breakable anywhere mean you, that weight spinning around will hurt if it hits someone too!
After reading the reviews, I wasn't expecting too much.. HOWEVER, the product that I received is absolutely perfect. It's exactly what I needed/wanted. It's easy to use and very sturdy. I live that you can adjust how big/small it is. I've seen people say it pinches you, but I've used it a lot today with no issues at all(and I'm an easy bruiser) I'll update after I've had it a while
I've been using it for two weeks straight so far and it hasn't broken apart. Bits of the section pinch my skin though and have left little scabs on my waistline. It is loud and the rolling wheels grind on the plastic of the ring and gets covered in dust from the grinding plastic so I need to take it out and clean it from time to time. Overall, I like the small size and I think it could be effective in weight loss
I bought this thinking I would most probably return it I didn't have high expectations at all. But after using it I love it if I use it 30 plus minutes at a time I can really feel it is working mostly in my inner thighs, stomach and back. I'm glad I went ahead and bought this. It's a easy way to get your heart rate up and sweat without killing yourself
I love this, it is a fun work out! I have lost a couple of pounds since I have gotten this! It is easy to put together and the links are easy to take off as well ! The only thing is it is loud. I don't mind it as I normally watch tv or listen to music with my headphones while Hoola hooping ! I do wish they sold the links by themselves as my husband would like to use this but the standard size does not fit him.
